This Team of Pastor and Ministers are the original ministers, along with several others who were trained and ordained in the year of 1981 by the Founder and Dean of God Over All, DCM Ministry, Dr. Dorea Chara Dolan. These Team members work in the Grace Covenant Church as Founding Team members known as the Grace S.E.A.L. (Soldiers Equipped for Army Living). Their purpose is to teach and build the Body of Christ as stated in the Vision of the Church and to preach the Great Commission of WINNING Souls for Christ and the Building of the kingdom. By doing this, they believe that one’s spiritual Life must be built on a strong foundation, and so they teach God’s Army to be equipped for Christian living. They are anointed in all areas. However, there are some gifts more favored by a Team Minister than others.
